2. Cancellations must be within 48 hours before appointment
3. No extra people allowed

4. In response to Covid-19, If you are feeling sick, do not book, you will be asked to leave if showing any signs of sickness

5. Sundays and Mondays are not available to book
6. If you need to reschedule, this must be done 24 hours prior to appointment

7. Deposit is only transferable once

8. Inspirational hair pictures can be uploaded on bookings page

9. Being over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will result in cancellation.
